اى اوحد عايش فى العاشر من فترة قريبة أو بعيدة مؤكد عارف انها اكبر مدينة صناعية فى الشرق الاوسط وتنقسم الى منطقة سكنية و إلى منطقة صناعية والتى على اساسها تكونت مدينة العاشر وتحتوي على:
مناطق صناعات ثقيلة معروفة بالتالتة الصناعية وتحتوى على مناطق يرمز لها بالرمز A و تصل مساحات المصانع هناك الى ٥٠ و٦٠ و ١٠٠ الف متر مربع بالإضافة الى منطقة الروبيكى و ٦مليون وهناجر الجيش و ٧٠٠ فدان.
و مناطق صناعات متوسطة الحجم يرمز لها بالرمزB واللي بتتراوح المساحات فيها من ٦٠٠ إلى ٣٠ الف متر.
و مناطق صناعات صغيرة يرمز لها بالرمز C واللى بتتراوح المساحات فيها من 300 إلى 2000 متر.
فهنيجى على منطقة زي C8 والتي تقع في اقصى شمال الحى الثامن بجوار مجاورة ٦١و وتحتوى على ١٤٢ مصنع صغير بمساحة ٣٠٠ متر.
النمو العمراني والسكاني لمدينة العاشر من رمضان
واللى بتتنوع فيها النشاطات فهتلاقى صناعات غذائية وبلاستيك ، والتعبئة والتغليف ، ملابس جاهزة ، واجهزة كهربائية ولف مواتير وخراطة معادن ، وهتلاقي بعض الورش الحدادة جعالة هناك ومراكز لصيانة السيارات .
وبعد كده هنلاقى منطقة B4 والتى تقع فى اقصى شرق مدينة العاشر من رمضان والحى الثامن والتي تتراوح الساحات فيها ما بين ٦٠٠ متر و ۳۰ الف متر بعدد ١٨٩ قطعة وتحتوى المنطقة على العديد من الصناعات زى صنعة الغزل والنسيج والأدوية والاجهزة الكهربائية وطبعا كلنا عارفين مصنع فريش الشهير الموجود هناك وهنلاقى مصانع اثاث وورق وطباعة وخراطة واغذية واسلاك نحاس واللى كنت شغال فى واحد منها وصناعة المقطورات والمحولات والمعدات ، ومصانع المستلزمات الصحية زى مصنع ايديال ستاندرد ، ومصانع انابيب البوتوجاز والقائمة تطول.
ولو ای حـد عـايـز يـشتري او يأجر مصنع فى اى مكان فى العـاشـر يتـواصل معانا واحنا هنجيبله اللى يناسبه.
