1- شهادة ميلاد كمبيوتر حديثة

2- عدد اربع صور شخصية للطالب

3- صورة بطاقة الوالدين

4- دمغات التأمين الصحى

5- ايصال كهرباء او ماء او غاز أو عقد إيجار موثق في الشهر العقاري مج ٣٠ أو ٣١

6- صورة من التقديم على الانترنت بها ثلاث رغبات لثلاث مدارس
